HTC Desire U Android 4.0 ICS Smartphone

HTC has showed off another Android 4.0 ICS smartphone ‘Desire U’ to its range. The handset packs a 4.0-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, a 1GHz single-core processor, a 512MB RAM, a 4GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot,
a 5MP rear-facing camera, HSPA, GPS, Beats Audio, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a 1650mAh lithium-ion battery and runs on Android 4.0 ICS OS. The HTC Desire U will be sold in Taiwan for NT$7,990 (about $274). [HTC]
